U.S. National Championship
The countdown has officially begun. In just a few short months, martial artists from across the globe will gather in Daytona Beach for the 2025 US Nationals Championship—two days of high-level competition, unforgettable experiences, and the kind of energy you can only find at the beach.
This year’s championship will take place August 1–2 in the heart of Daytona Beach, offering an exciting mix of competition and celebration. Friday kicks off with the prestigious Black Belt Competition, where top martial artists will go head-to-head for national titles. On Saturday, the spotlight turns to the Gup divisions—our rising stars—followed by a well-earned evening of fun at the after party at Daytona Lagoon.
And the prizes? We’re going all out. Winners will take home one-of-a-kind championship cups—real 3-foot surfboards designed to honor the bold spirit of the competition and the coastal vibe of Daytona. These trophies are more than awards; they’re keepsakes that tell a story.
Whether you're a competitor, coach, or supporter, this event offers more than just matches. It’s a chance to come together as a community, celebrate the dedication and discipline of our athletes, and enjoy the summer in one of Florida’s most iconic beach towns.

Did you know we have TEAM EVENTS? Team Sparring and Team Hyung competition will be held on Saturday morning! Teams must be registered separately by their chief instructor!
And our events are successful because of our amazing volunteers! We need volunteers to help with all aspects of the championship and everyone needs to register to volunteer (Masters too please)

WTSDA 42nd Anniversary
November 13-14, 1982 was when the World Tang Soo Do Association was founded by Cho Dae Kwang Jang Nim Jae C. Shin and a group of dedicated masters and students in Philadelphia, PA. 42 years later this association is still going strong and growing with each passing year. Tang Soo!
